Medvedev mocks Bush?
During an interview with George Stephanopoulos on ABC's Good Morning America, Russian President Medvedev called President Obama "a thinker" and that the trait "distinguishes him from many people". After a follow up question, Medvedev replied "Obviously I do have someone on my mind. I don't want to offend anyone". Stephanopoulos laughed so hard that Medvedev couldn't hold a straight face. Medvedev became deputy prime minister of Russia in 2005 and president in 2008.
