Iraq files "not surprising"
For over two months, Al Jazeera English and the Bureau of Investigative Journalism in London have analyzed tens of thousands of documents, provided by WikiLeaks, which cover six years of the Iraqi War and subsequent occupation, in what is the largest leak of US military documents in history. The files reveal extensive abuse at Iraqi police stations, army bases and prisons. According to the files, coalition troops reported the allegations to their superiors on more than 1,300 occasions.
