Indian anti-corruption activist begins fast

India's parliament is debating a government anti-corruption bill that has been condemned as "weak" and "ineffectual" by critics. Activist Anna Hazare has started his third hunger strike this year, this time demanding stronger anti-corruption legislature and calling for a stronger version of the proposed bill.
