Ron Paul is also affiliated with White Nationalist, Christian Identity, and Sovereign Citizen militia groups. In 2008, one of his aids, Steward Rhodes, founded a right-leaning militia group called the Oath Keepers. Ron Paul himself has taken campaign contributions from the John Birch Society and Storm Front. Too many of his supporters give him a free ride. Some Libertarians are almost as bad as the Tea Party in many respects.
