North Korea stages anniversary parade
Massive celebrations have taken place in North Korea as it marks sixty-five years of communist rule. The country's military was on display, with Kim Jong-un, the son of the current leader Kim Jong-il, set to take the reigns of leadership. Kim Jong-un appeared with his father to watch today's parade in Pyongyang. The international media was granted access to the secretive and backward state for the anniversary celebrations.
