Direct peace talks between the Israelis and Palestinians are set to begin tomorrow after a lull of two years. But with Hamas noticeably missing, can real peace be achieved? Is it time for the other major players and power brokers to recognize them? Or could discussions with the Palestinian Authority make Hamas less relevant?
