Bedouins cry foul in Egypt
Egyptian Bedouins in the Sinai Peninsula lead a traditional lifestyle not far from the bust holiday resorts which are being developed in south of the country. The Bedouins say that they have been increasingly marginalized from the development projects as the government has denied their share of profits from the country's lucrative tourism industry. The Bedouins also claim that the authorities use excessive force, claiming that up to three thousand Bedouins are imprisoned.
