An insanse, over the top Republican in action

This is local Republican Councilman Phil Davison of Minerva, Ohio, who last Wednesday made the most disturbing and crazed speech at the Stark County Republican Party's executive committee meeting, which was seeking to nominate a candidate to run for the Stark County treasurer. Surprisingly, considering the hysterical and extremist nature of the right-wing these days, Davison was not nominated. Perhaps those on the executive committee were as disturbed as I was after watching this.
