Yesterday, Toronto mayoral candidate and Deputy Mayor Joe Pantalone announced his "Whole City, Whole Lives" seniors policy, which aims to support Torontonians at every age, to a group of enthusiastic seniors and supporters at Bar Italia in Toronto's Little Italy.
