Atheist under fire for (lack of) beliefs

It seems some right-wing conservatives in North Carolina missed the memo regarding the United States Constitution, which states "...no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States." And the United States Constitution trumps all state constitutions.
