Vice-President Joe Biden dropped the f-bomb on live television in the midst of his congratulating President Obama on the passage and signing of health insurance reform legislation. Biden's remark - "This is a big f*#@ing deal" - is barely picked up by the microphone, but if you turn up the volume loud enough and strain a little, you can clearly hear it.
