National Guard deployed to NY's Lower East Side

The aftermath of Storm Sandy has seen the US East Coast reeling. The National Guard has been working around the clock to bring relief to the victims. Al Jazeera's Cath Turner spent the day with them in the Lower East Side of New York City.
