Fuel shortage leaves Sandy victims chilled
Motorists in the New York area line up for miles for the chance to get fuel from gas stations, but many have run dry. The government has promised fresh supplies but the promised tanker trucks are running behind schedule as residents run out of fuel for generators for power, electricity, hot water and heat. Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports from New Jersey.
