Mexico compensates victims of drug crimes
Mexico's lower house of congress has approved a bill to compensate victims of drug crime. Some 50-thousand people have been killed in the drugs war in the past 6 years. Families of victims will be eligible for payments up to 73-thousand dollars. Franc Contreras reports from Mexico City.
