France's Hollande begins first day of work

France has its first socialist leader in 17 years - this man Francois Hollande. Although his inauguration isn't until May 15, he's already started work, with one of his first calls - to the German chancellor and a key ally of former leader Nicolas Sarkozy - Angela Merkel.
