Researchers unveil new nano-data technology
Researchers at IBM have created the world's smallest magnetic digital-storage device, using just 12 atoms to hold a single data bit of information. The discovery could lead to a new class of memory chips that would make smaller, more energy efficient computers. Al Jazeera's Tarek Bazley reports.
