Study says US companies don't pay their share
A new study by the advocacy group, Citizens for Tax Justice finds that in the last three years, over 20 of the United States' largest corporations paid little or no taxes. The findings come as Republican presidential candidates argue that corporations should be paying less taxes in order to stimulate the lagging US economy. Of the 280 most profitable companies in the study, 30 paid no taxes in the last three years, this despite the US having one of the world's highest corporate tax rates. Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler reports from New York.
