Ongoing violence in Syria, Assad offers elections

Violence is continuing in Syria, with reports of security forces entering the Damascus district of Barzeh. Meanwhile, state media says a referendum on a new draft constitution will be held on February 26. Al Jazeera's Rula Amin reports from Beirut in neighbouring Lebanon.
