The Calgary Herald: NDP Leader Jack Layton has served notice to Prime Minister Stephen Harper that his newly elected majority government will be kept accountable by one of the "strongest and most united" Opposition parties in decades.
Layton said that with 103 MPs, the NDP has representation in the Commons from every region of the country.
