Conservative pundit wants Wikileaks director killed

Former advisor to Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and current CBC conservative political pundit and professor at the University of Calgary made a complete ass of himself yesterday, when he called for the assassination of Wikileaks Director Julian Assange on CBC News Network's Power & Politics. If I were to pubically call for the assassination of Tom Flanagan or someone in a position of influence or power, surely and rightfully I would be charged with a crime. So should Flanagan.

Update: Flanagan now regrets making the remark.
