Tar balls wash up on Texas beach

Associated Press video: Tar balls from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill have been discovered on a Texas beach, which now confirms that continuous flow of oil from the leaking Deepwater Horizon oil well has now reached all of the Gulf states in the southern United States.
