Scandals shut Catholic churches, schools
Dozens of Catholic churches and schools are being shut down across the
US as the church defends itself against accusations of sexual abuse.
Parishioners blame financial mismanagement and a series of high-profile
sex abuse scandals for the fall from grace. Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler
