North Korea nuclear pledge: cautious optimism
North Korea's promise to suspend its nuclear activities has raised hopes that disarmament talks could soon resume. The deal would see the US deliver food aid to Pyongyang, in return. But pledge is being met with only cautious optimism, as Harry Fawcett reports.
