Criticism mounts over New Delhi Games

Mike Fennell, the head of the Commonwealth Games Federation, is going to the Indian capital, New Delhi, for an emergency visit. Fennel's trip coincides with increasing concerns regarding the city's preparedness in hosting the Games.
