A US appeals court is looking into whether the Obama administration can
withold documents relating to its drone programme. The American Civil
Liberties Union, ACLU, is trying to get more information on the
secretive operations. A lower court had originally ruled that the CIA
programme was classified and therefore exempted from making its records
public, but an appeals court seems unlikely to stand by classified
designation. Al Jazeera's Patty Culhane reports from Washington.
