Brazi's President Dilma Rousseff has unveiled a stimulus package of nearly $66 billion dollars. It is aimed at improving the country's infrastruture as it prepares to host the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. The
money, raised through public private partnerships, will be used to
build eight thousand kilometers of new roads and railways, as well as
major investments in ports and airports. Al Jazeera's Andy Gallacher reports.
