Penguins from the southern tip of Argentina sometimes get lost as they
search for food and they often end up on warmer beaches in Brazil. But
now, researchers have discovered they often bring important scientific
data with them like oil samples that could help environmental protection
officers locate who is responsible for a supposed oil spill. That
information is critical as numerous companies tap into some of the
largest deepwater reserves, recently discovered anywhere in the world.
Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports from Rio de Janeiro.
