Councillor Doug Ford, with brother and Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, both had run-ins with the city's integrity commissioner on Wednesday.

The city’s integrity commissioner has concluded that Councillor Doug Ford violated the code of conduct during an exchange with an activist, sending the Mayor’s brother into an angry tailspin.
“You can quote me on this, this is a bunch of horse s—, absolute horse s—,” Mr. Ford told the National Post in an interview. “This is a union trying to attack us constantly, this is the same guy who went after the election expenses.
“I’m pissed over this little prick,” said Mr. Ford, referring to Adam Chaleff-Freudenthaler, who has filed election compliance audit requests on several politicians, including the Mayor.
Doug wasn’t the only Ford targeted by the integrity commissioner on Wednesday: in a separate report, Janet Leiper disclosed her ongoing attempts to get his brother, Mayor Rob Ford, to comply with earlier sanctions imposed after she found he improperly used his status as city councillor to solicit funds for a private football foundation he created in his name.
As for Doug Ford, the integrity commissioner says he violated the code of conduct that demands councillors treat members of the public “without abuse, bullying or intimidation” during an exchange with Mr. Chaleff-Freudenthaler. The incident happened on July 13 in the council chambers, when Mr. Ford confronted him as “the guy with the audits,” according to the integrity commissioner’s report.
