City residents packed Toronto City Hall tonight to protest Premier Dalton McGuinty's decision to delay $4 billion in funding for the extension of public transporation in Toronto. The expansion of light rail transit is better known as Transit City. At one point during the rally, organizers apparently called the premier and 400 people chanted "Save Transit City!" for McGuinty to hear. McGuinty heard the message but will he get it?
